How do I place an order ?

1. Place your articles in the shopping cart

2. When you have finished shopping, verify your order

3. Afterwards you go to complete your order

4. Insert your personal details

5. If everything is correct you click on payment

6. Choose how you want to pay and click on place order

7. All listed prices on are inclusive of VAT.

Payments through IDEAL are safe and quick, from the comfort of your own home. This is possible with the following banks:

Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING, SNS bank, SNS regio Bank, Fortis, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Tridos or Van Lanschot Bankiers.

IDEAL payments will be received immediately by and therefore I can process your order very quickly.

Can I change or cancel an order ?

It is possible to cancel an order.

The cancellation has to be done as soon as possible after placing the order.

If we have already delivered the order to PostNL it is not possible to cancel or apply changes any more.

In this case you have to use our return policy. See the procedure under “exchange and return policy”. You can cancel your order by sending a message using the “Contact” page.

What are the shipping costs ? 

We use DHL for the delivery of our Cycling Case Phone Cover.

To most of countries, your Phone cover will be delivered for free!

When will my order arrive? 

You can expect your KOERSHOESJE within 6-9 days.

In the rare case that your Cycling Case Phone Cover is not in stock, you will directly receive an e-mail from us with the notification that we have placed your order in backorder.

If you don’t agree with this, please let us know and we will deposit your payment back on your account.

The product that I want to order is a gift. Could you ship it directly to that person ?

Of course! We will wrap the gift nicely. If you would like, we are also able to add a personal card to the gift.

You can write your personal text in the comments field during the order process and insert the address of the recipient in the delivery address field. 

Will the package be delivered to the neighbors if I’m not at home ? 

Our products will be shipped as letter post. The package will always fit in your mailbox.

Is everything in the webshop is directly available ?

Yes, all the products on the website are on stock and directly available.

Does have a store ? No, we do not have a store. Our products are available in the stores of Kroone Liefting though. 

What is the return address ? 

Please send an e-mail to and we will give you all the needed information for the return of a product.

Please let us know in the e-mail if you wish to return or exchange the product. 


Can I return a product ? will do everything possible to deliver a good quality product.

If your purchase does not meet your standards you can return the product within 30 days of purchase.

In this period you have a 30 days right to return due to the law “Kopen op Afstand”.

What are the costs to return a product ?

Within 30 days a product that has not been used, is in pristine conditions and with all original belongings may be returned without stating the reason.

The costs of returning the product will not be refunded.

You need to package the product properly and make sure it has sufficient postage.

A package that has insufficient postage will not be accepted.

When an product has been returned the amount to be refunded (excluding the shipping costs) will be deposited on your account within 7 days.

Can I exchange a product ?

Yes, you can exchange a product.

The goods need to be returned in pristine state, without damages and in the original packaging.

With the exchange of a product will pay only this once for the delivery costs of the new products.

Products returned without sufficient postage, or none, will not be accepted, no matter the reason for returning the products. 

What to do with a wrongly delivered article ? 

If you mistakenly receive the wrong product, we will of course solve this without added costs.
